Weather or Whether Not, That Is the Question

Outbreaks aren’t only viral, or bacterial, it can also be your weather, the outbreak of the hybrid hurricane Sandy. Sandy was a tropical cyclone, in late October 2012; Sandy caught her “EYE” towards New York, New Jersey, and even inland to Ohio, with winds covering 1,100 miles. Supercane Sandy is the eighteenth tropical cyclone named storm, and the tenth hurricane of 2012, Sandy is also top five of the most destructive hurricanes on record. This is the storm that holds the most nicknames: Superstorm, Frankenstorm, Megastorm, Bride-of-Frankenstein Storm, Nightmare Storm and still naming.

Sandy is the official hurricane name, but it’s new nickname “Frankenstorm” fits perfectly with the month of October and the holiday Halloween. It turned into Frankenstorm was “Created” from Hurricane Sandy starting in the Caribbean, combined with a western early winter storm, and finally stitched together from a cold invasion of the Arctic wind from the north.

Frankenstein is the person who created that monster that cannot be controlled and lead to his creator's demise.
Like in the novel, Victor Frankenstein was actually not a doctor; in the book, he created the creature at the age of 21, and was still a chemistry student and alchemist. Victor Frankenstein never named his creation and even denied its existence.
Yet, he gave the monster nicknames like "monster", "creature", "demon", "devil", "fiend", "wretch", "it", and many more. Just like Sandy, it too has its nicknames not as appealing as its official name.

Food for thought, the creation method, the book Frankenstein had a subtitle called Modern Prometheus.

Prometheus was a Greek and Latin myth, it had two versions; in the Latin version Prometheus made man from clay and water.

Victor Frankenstein made a Manster aka Monster from body parts of the dead and electricity, he goes against the laws of nature for the greater good and gets destroyed by his own creation, the Titan in the Greek mythology of Prometheus is the same story, and then both meet a horrid end, except for Prometheus, he was saved.

Looking at the word Prometheus, The name is Greek, meaning "forethought," from promethes meaning "thinking before," from pro- "before” + mathein "to learn,".

We have to also over stand what the prefix “Franken-” means, and also what the word Frankenstein really means.

Looking at this hybrid “Frankenstorm”, and really over standing what the prefix Franken-. It was frequently and mistakenly used as the name of the monster Victor created, and thus Franken- extended 1990s as a prefix to mean "non-natural."

For the sake of knowledge let’s observe. Unnatural is artificial; made by humans, synthetic, or to say it bluntly produced as a result of political or cultural forces. So if this hurricane is unnatural, then it seems that a person or persons are using science without duty, playing the role of GOD.

But the big questions are: Who is the “Victor Frankenstein(s)”, these Promethean(s). Who are the creative, original, or life-enhancing people or person?

And is this possibly possible to possibly be, how you say probable?

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program otherwise known as HAARP which was funded by DARPA (The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), their goal (they say) is to further advance knowledge of the physical and electrical properties of the Earth's ionosphere (i·on·o·sphere) which can affect our military and civilian communication and navigation systems.

The HAARP program operates an ionospheric research facility located in Gakona, Alaska. In 1994 the Air Force had shown its Spacecast 2020 main plan involving the use weather control.

Just for you to know fellow people, weather control is nothing new and has been experimented on since the 1940's.

A book titled

“Unless Peace Comes: AScientific Forecast of New Weapons”

Written by the late professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald. Who the heck is he you ask? MacDonald was an associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at UCLA, a member of President Lyndon Johnson’s Science Advisory Committee and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. A chapter in his book named "How to Wreck the Environment," was written about weather manipulation, climate adjustment, polar ice cap melting or weakening, ozone depletion techniques, earthquake production, ocean wave control and brain wave manipulation using the planet's energy fields.

Now HAARP beams more than 1.7 gigawatts which are billion watts of electrical power into the earth’s ionosphere.

Now to keep your brain stimulated my fellow people, to remind you what you learned since the 3^rd grade, the ionosphere reflects signals so that you can send energy to other points on the globe; it deals with our radio waves. The upper atmosphere is a host to a variety of weather happenings apparent by their effects on radio communication, by strange light displays or instabilities in the magnetic field at the surface of the Earth. This is our electrical shield defending the planet from the endless attacks of high-energy particles from space. This plasma, and Earth's magnetic field, snares the electrical plasma of space and holds it back from going directly to the planet’s surface consisting of several areas that take place in one or more layers of the earth. It varies in height and ionization with the time of day, the season, and the solar cycle.

Get this fellow people, the earth’s weather are controlled by sun's natural electromagnetic radiation reaching the earth.

Now we can’t just let HAARP get all the glory, we have to see what the heck is this DARPA?

Remotely Controlled

DARPA is part of the United States Department of Defense was established in 1958 to prevent strategic surprise from negatively impacting U.S. national security and create strategic surprise for U.S. challengers by maintaining the technological dominance of the U.S. military.

DARPA has already laid out the path in the creation of cybernetic insects, these are crossbreeds of natural and electronic 'bugs' using ultra-low power radios to control the bugs' flight, electrodes fuel its muscles to control its flight. These drones are not only in bugs, but hawks, and other creatures that can fly. The US Pentagon has projected 7,000 drones in their “collection” and in year 2011, the Pentagon requested $5 billion for drones from Congress by the year 2030.

Hybrid Insect Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems aka HIMEM project, whose purpose is to develop shutterbugs, Shutterbugs are insects with cameras attached to their nervous system and are controlled remotely. Under HIMEM, researchers are also working on cyborg beetles.

Insect drones have been spotted right here in the US; in our streets, office, houses, bathrooms, restaurants, you name it. The US government is experimenting with different types of micro-surveillance experiences, such as taming insects with computer chips software directly into their bodies to control flight patterns remotely.

But these are just little stuff; there are also bigger drones I mean things to be worried about.

Already used by the US Army, unmanned drones are about to be used by police departments, border patrols and power companies. These drones are fortified with high powered cameras, heat sensors and weapons, it will also track, monitor.

Congress told the Federal Aviation Administration or FAA, that it must allow civilian and military drones to fly in civilian airspace by September in the year 2015.

Section 332 of the new FAA legislation also orders the agency to develop a system for licensing commercial drone flights as part of the nation’s air traffic control system by 2015. In the upcoming spring, the FAA rules would permit partial commercial use of small drones for the first time.

President Obama is “anticipated” to sign the FAA Reauthorization Act, this act will empower the FAA ordering procedures to be developed for the testing and licensing of commercial/marketable drones by the year 2015.

The drones will be used for not only military, but used for electronic observation by police organizations and private companies in the states and other countries as well. The legislation would speed up the process, empowering the use of drones by federal, state and local police, and other agencies basically private parties. The FAA currently issues permits/certificates; these will oversee multiple flights by more than one aircraft in a specific area.

The FAA has issued hundreds of certificates to police and other government agencies, and a handful to research institutions to allow them to fly drones of various kinds over the United States for “particular” missions. It issued 313 certificates in 2011 and 295 of them were still active at the end of the year, but the FAA refuses to reveal which agencies have the certificates and what their purposes are. FAA must establish six flight ranges across the country where drones can be test-flown to determine whether they are safe for travel in crowded skies.

30,000 of these multiuse drones may possibly be in sky by or before the year 2020.

The commercial drone market in the United States could be worth a large amount of dollars once the FAA concludes its “tests”.

The CIA has been working on this since the 1970s, they have a program armed Predator-drone. The vast majority of U.S. drone missions, even in war zones, are flown for surveillance, so they say. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, an agency within the department, controls nine drones. It is flown remotely by a team of 80 fully qualified pilots, are basically for border and counternarcotic observation under four long-term FAA certificates. These drones are fully operable and have been in real-life scenarios and not just artificial environments.
